Shalimar’s well equipped state of the art R&D set up, supported by the efforts of a team of dedicated scientists working on the state of the art equipments, has indeed been instrumental in revolutionizing the protective coating industry. The association till few years back we had with U.K. based International paints Plc has also helped us to indigenize the latest paints technology. Shalimar’s R&D laboratory is approved by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. As on date we have three plants across the country, Howrah (West Bengal), Nasik (Maharashtra) and Sikandrabad (UP).

The Tuffkote Range of products include – Chlorinated Rubber, Epoxy, Polyurethane, In Organic Zinc Silicate, Glass Flake epoxy, High Temperature Silicon Aluminum, Acrylic Polysiloxane, Coal Tar Epoxy, Bituminous, Surface Tolerant & Rapid Cure coatings has been assiduously developed over the years with proven technology, to meet the specific needs of corrosion protection, both at the project stage as well as at the maintenance stage.  Across the country, these products have met the stringent requirements of performance in almost all industries & environment categories ranging from general engineering to oil exploration and nuclear power projects.
