Super Shaktiman Sign
Shalimar Super Shaktiman Sign Exterior Emulsion is a water-based acrylic exterior emulsion suitable for dry to moderately humid climatic conditions. That imparts a Hi-Sheen finish to the exterior walls. Its algal resistance along with anti-flaking property offers beautiful walls for years.

Surface Preparation
New surface to be cured 28 days before painting and free from all waterproofing issues.

Prepare the surface by using suitable sand/emery paper or scrapping tools to remove dirt, dust, grease, loose flaking paint, laitance, algae, fungi etc. and wipe it clean.
Primer
-
Apply coat of Shalimar Alkali Block Primer/ Shakti Exterior Acrylic Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hrs.

Spot prime before and after filling nail holes / cracks.
Putty(if requried)

Level the surface with Shalimar Magic Acrylic Wall Putty or Shalimar Shakti Wall Guard putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs.

S Sand surface with 180/320 emery paper and wipe it clean.

Apply an additional coat depending upon the surface conditions and smoothen the surface.
Primer
-
Apply coat of Shalimar Alkali Block Primer/ Shakti Exterior Acrylic Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hrs.
Top Coat
-
Thin Super Shaktiman Sign Exterior with potable water 50% to 75% by volume, for Deep, Accent base & dark shade thin with potable water 20-30% by volume

Apply 2-3 coats of Super Shaktiman Sign Exterior Emulsion with an interval of 4-6 hrs
-
Application can be done by brush, roller or spray.

For dark shades require additional coats for better hiding and appearance.
