Superlac Advance
Superlac Advance is a Co-Polymer based premium acrylic emulsion designed for lavish smoothness. It is formulated with special additives and fine pigments that impart rich matt finish with excellent flow, fast drying ability stain resistance property. It has Bacterial and Fungus resistance. It is an eco-friendly product that contains no added Lead, Mercury or Chromium.

Stain Resistance
Special additive gives good household stain resistance like tea, coffee, ketchup, ice cream.
Good Washability
It gives good washability to the dried paint film.
Bacterial & Fungus
Resistance
The anti-bacterial & anti fungal formula retards the microbial growth on dried paint film.
Low Voc
The eco-friendly product contains minimum harmful elements to protect your families better.

Smooth Matt
Surface Preparation
New Surface to be cured 28 days before painting and free from all waterproofing issues

Prepare the surface by using suitable sand/emery paper or scrapping tools to remove dirt, dust, grease, loose flaking paint, laitance, algae, fungi etc. and wipe it clean
Primer
-
Apply coat Shalimar Water Thinnable Cement Primer/ Water Neutralizing Cement/ Universal White Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs

Do spot priming before and after filling nail holes/cracks
Putty
-
Level the surface with Shalimar Magic Acrylic Wall Putty or Shalimar Shakti wall guard putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs

Sand Surface with 180/320 emery paper and wipe it clean

Apply an additional coat depending upon the surface conditions and smoothen the surface
Top Coat

Thin Superlac Advance with potable water, 40% to 50% by volume, for dark shade thin with potable water 25-35% by volume

Apply 2-3 coats of Superlac Advance with an interval of 4-6 hrs
-
Application can be done by brush, roller or spray.

For dark shades require additional 3rd or 4th coats for better hiding and look appearances.
