Cleaning:
Clean the wooden surface by sanding it with emery paper no. 180 followed by emery paper no. 320 / 400.

Wipe it with a cloth to remove the dust (powder dust formed while sanding).
Application and Finishing of CareWood 1K PU:

Sand using emery paper no. 320 / 400 between each coat.

Thin CareWood 1K PU with 10 – 15 % MTO for brush application and 20 – 25 % MTO for spray application.

Apply 2 to 3 coats of CareWood 1K PU by brush at an interval of 16 hours for each coat to get the desired finish.
