Clean the wooden surface by sanding it with emery paper no. 180 followed by emery paper no. 320 / 400.

Wipe it with a cloth to remove the dust (powder dust formed while sanding).

Sand using emery paper no. 320 / 400 between each coat.

Thoroughly mix CareWood Melamine sealer base and hardener in a ratio of 9:1 by volume. Thin with 20 – 40 % melamine thinner and allow to mature for 20 – 30 minutes.

Apply two coats by spray at an interval of 6 – 7 hours for each coat. Spraying air pressure should be 2.2 to 2.8 Kg/cm2.

Apply additional coats if required

Thoroughly mix CareWood Melamine glossy or matt base and hardener in a ratio of 9:1 by volume.

Thin with 20 – 40 % melamine thinner and allow to mature for 20 – 30 minutes.

Apply two coats by spray at an interval of 6 – 7 hours for each coat to get the desired finish. Spraying air pressure should be 2.2 to 2.8 Kg/cm2.

Apply additional coats if required.
