Red Oxide Metal Primer
It is a quick drying, economical and fairly corrosion resisitent primer for the metal substrate. Red Oxide primer is based on crosslinking alkyd due to that it giives good flow, opacity, covering and levelling and properties. ROMP resist to efflorescence and lime blooming wtih good adhesion on all cement plaster.
Good hardness
Chemistry based on cross linking polymer gives tough film.
Gloss on Top Coat
Richer binder in paint system gives good adhesion and gloss of top coat.

Surface Preparation
New Surface to be cured 28 days before painting and free from all waterproofing issues

Prepare the surface by using suitable sand/emery paper or scrapping tools to remove dirt, dust, grease, loose flaking paint, laitance, algae, fungi etc. and wipe it clean

Putty

Level the surface with Shalimar Magic Acrylic Wall Putty or Shalimar Shakti wall guard putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs

Sand Surface with 180/320 emery paper and wipe it clean
