New Surface to be cured 28 days before painting and free from all waterproofing issues

Prepare the surface by using suitable sand/emery paper or scrapping tools to remove dirt, dust, grease, loose flaking paint, laitance, algae, fungi etc. and wipe it clean

Apply coat of Shalimar Water Thinnable Cement Primer/ Shalimar Interior Exterior Acrylic Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hrs.

Spot prime before and after filling nail holes / cracks.

Level the surface with Shalimar Magic Acrylic Wall Putty or Shalimar Shakti Wall Guard putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs.

Sand surface with 180/320 emery paper and wipe it clean

Apply an additional coat depending upon the surface conditions and smoothen the surface.

Apply coat of Shalimar Water Thinnable Cement Primer/ Shalimar Interior Exterior Acrylic Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hrs.

Thin Silk Sign Interior Emulsion with potable water, 40% to 45% by volume

For Deep, Accent base & dark shade thin with potable water 20-30% by volume.

Apply 2 coats of Silk Sign Interior Emulsion with an interval of 4-6hrs. volume.

Application can be done by brush, roller or spray.

For dark shades require additional coats for better hiding and appearance.
