Superlac Premium Hi Gloss enamel is a modified alkyd based premium enamel offering smooth high gloss finish. It has excellent coverage, high opacity and quick drying features which offers durability and long lasting finsh. It gives mirror like gloss and tough film. It is an eco friendly product contains no added lead, Chromium or Arsenic.

New Surface to be cured 28 days before painting and free from all waterproofing issues
Prepare the surface by using suitable sand/emery paper or scrapping tools to remove dirt, dust, grease, loose flaking paint, laitance, algae, fungi etc. and wipe it clean
Apply coat of Shalimar Primer depending upon the type of Primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs.
Mansonary Surface: Wall neutralizing cement/Universal white primer
Ferrous Metal surface: Shalimar red oxide metal primer
Non-Ferrous metal surface: Shalimar ETCH primer
Wooden surface: Grey primer/ Pink primer/ Universal white primer
Spot prime before and after filling nail holes/cracks.
Level the surface with Shalimar Magic Acrylic Wall Putty or Shalimar Shakti wall guard putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs
Sand Surface with 180/320 emery paper and wipe it clean
Apply an additional coat depending upon the surface conditions and smoothen the surface
Apply second coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours
Sand the surface and wipe it clean.
Thin Superlac Hi gloss enamel with shalimar turpsol thinner, 10% to 15% by volume for brush application & 15% to 20% by volume of spray
Apply 2-3 coats of Superlac Hi gloss enamel with an interval of 12hrs (depending upon climate conditions)
Application can be done by brush, roller or spray.
