Hero Titan X16 Exterior Emulsion
Hero Titan X16 Exterior Emulsion is an ultra-luxury, high-performance exterior wall coating engineered by Shalimar Paints Ltd. to withstand extreme weather conditions. Surface Preparation
New surface must be cured for 28 days before painting and free from all water leakage related issues. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any loose particles, dust, grease, or oil. Growth of algae, fungus and moss should be removed by wire brushing and water followed by application of Bio block. Remove any older coatings using a scraper or wire brush. Ensure surface is free from cracks and dents, suitable crack filler should be used. Sand the surface to ensure smoothness and better adhesion. Touch up application can be done with Shalimar Shakti Wall Guard putty. Entire surface application by putty is not recommended.
Primer

Apply one self-priming coat of Zero Damp Titan X16 with 30% dilution (300 ml water for 1 ltr Zero Damp Titan X16) on the surface with the help of Brush/Roller.
Intermediate waterproofing coat

Allow primer coat to dry for 4-10 hrs# followed by one undiluted coat of Zero Damp Titan X16 to achieve overall coverage of 20 sq.ft./ltr. Allow it to dry for 4-10 hrs#.
Primer

Apply a coat of Shalimar Hero interior exterior primer. Allow it to dry for 3 – 4 hrs.
Top Coat

Apply 2 coats by diluting 1 ltr of Hero Titan X16 exterior emulsion with 300ml-400ml of water with the gap of 4-6 hrs between two coats to achieve overall coverage of 60-70 sq.ft./ltr./2 coats. Application can be done by brush or roller. Dark shades may require additional coats for better hiding and appearance.
For Horizontal Surface:

Apply one self-priming coat of Zero Damp Titan X16 with 30% dilution on the surface to achieve coverage of 25 sq.ft./ltr., allow it to dry for 4-10 hrs# followed by two undiluted coats of Zero Damp Titan X16 to achieve coverage of 10-11 sq.ft./ltr/2 coat and allow each coat to dry for 4-10 hrs#

Apply 2 coats by diluting 1 ltr of Hero Titan X16 exterior emulsion with 300ml-400ml of water with the gap of 4-6 hrs between two coats to achieve overall coverage of 60-70 sq.ft./ltr./2 coats.
