New surface must be cured for 28 days before painting and free from all water leakage related issues
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any loose particles, dust, grease, or oil. Growths of algae, fungus and moss should be removed by wire brushing and water followed by application of Bio block. Remove any older coatings using a scraper or wire brush. Ensure surface free from cracks and dents, suitable crack filler should be used.
Sand the surface to ensure smoothness and better adhesion.
Apply coat of Hero Interior Exterior Wall Primer by thinning with potable water (1:1 ratio by volume). Allow it to dry for 3-4 hrs. Spot prime before and after filling nail holes / cracks.
Touch up application can be done with Shalimar Shakti Wall Guard putty followed, entire surface application by putty is not recommended.
Stir Hero Interior Exterior Wall Primer thoroughly before use. Thin it 1:1 by volume with water and apply using a brush or roller. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hrs.
Apply 2 coats by diluting 1 lit of Hero Weather guard 12 exterior emulsion with 300ml-400ml of water with the gap of 4-6hrs between two coats. Application can be done by brush or roller. For dark shades, requires additional coats for better hiding and appearance.
